The firm recently spoke out on why entrepreneurial flair is so valuable in the sales and marketing industry.

All-Star Global believe that entrepreneurs are a specific breed of person. These individuals stand out from the crowd and are generally considered leaders in their field. They also have traits that are considered less than desirable, but they take risks, which fundamentally what sets them apart from their peers.

Entrepreneurs also tend to be initiative-seeking risk-takers, non-entrepreneurs are overall far more grounded. These individuals listen, don’t necessarily feel the need to lead others and take instructions well. Entrepreneurs, a different story. They tend to be considered mavericks, the thought of the same routine every day doesn’t appeal to them, they are far more interested in creating something from nothing, using unorthodox methods and starting a business out of thin air.
Entrepreneurs have specific traits; they are incredibly hard working with a “first in, last to leave” mentality. They are also able to work with a multitude of different roles within their respected company.

A recent survey has claimed that it would take three employees to replace the work done by an entrepreneur. The results back up the traits mentioned above – this displays their strong work ethics, determination and pure grit as well as sound business management skills.
